Strength, posture, and longevity coaching with Adrien Maggione. 18,000+ sessions, 10+ years, NASM-certified. For every body, at every age.
I grew up half French and half Italian with a soccer background that kept me active and athletic throughout my childhood.
In my mid-twenties, I moved across the world to Sydney, Australia, where I started my coaching career in 2015. More than 18,000 sessions later, I still believe a coach should keep evolving with the fitness industry in order to give clients the best possible guidance, training, and results.
Certified through Endeavor College in Sydney in 2015, with continued education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2016. NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Nutritionist, Physique and Bodybuilding Coach, Golf Fitness Specialist, TRX Instructor.
Three kinds of clients walk through the door more than any other. Tap the closest fit to learn more.

Tight hips. Rounded shoulders. A low back that complains every Friday.
Posture correction →
Done with crash plans. Want strength, muscle, a body that holds the result.
Weight loss training →
Still riding. Still running. Still playing. At 25, 45, or 74.
Athletic longevity →Every client starts with the same three things, in the same order. That order is the whole difference.
Find the imbalances, restrictions, and old injuries before we load anything. Most trainers skip this. It's why most trainers' clients get hurt.
Built around your body, not a template. Corrective work woven into every lift. Not bolted on as a warm-up afterthought.
Certified nutritionist. Real food, real life, no shake programs to sell you. We build habits that survive your travel schedule.
Pay-as-you-go or save with multi-session packages. Every plan starts with a free consultation.
A real start, on your terms.
A short package for clients who want to test the working relationship before committing further. Five sessions is enough to learn how your body actually moves, build a plan around it, and feel the difference of being coached by someone who pays attention.
Real change, real coaching, real results.
The sweet spot for clients serious about change. Ten sessions is long enough to build real momentum, refine your technique, and see measurable progress in strength, posture, or body composition. Includes everything in the smaller pack, plus deeper nutrition coaching and accountability between sessions.
The full commitment. The full result.
The deepest tier for clients ready to do the work. Twenty sessions is enough time to fundamentally change how your body moves, looks, and feels. Includes priority access to my schedule, full nutrition coaching, and an integrated plan that adapts as you progress.
All my coaching, wherever you are.
For clients who can't make it to the studio but still want serious coaching. Every week I write a new program for your body, your equipment, and your goals. Weekly video check-ins keep us connected, and app access means I can see your form and adjust on the fly.
In-person where it counts. Online for everything else.
The most complete tier I offer. Twelve weeks of high-touch coaching that combines twice-weekly in-person work with full online programming for the days I don't see you. Built for clients who want the depth of one-on-one training without losing accountability between sessions.
Personal training in Austin typically ranges from $60 to $150 per session depending on the trainer's experience and certifications. At Maggione Fit, in-person sessions are sold in packs of 5, 10, or 20, with per-session rates from $100 down to $85 for the 20-session pack. Online coaching is also available at $250 per month, and a hybrid option combines two in-person sessions per week with online access at $2,000 for three months.
No. Most clients start with little or no strength training experience. The first session is a movement assessment to understand your current ability and any limitations. Programming starts from where you are.
The first session is a movement and goals assessment. We discuss your training history, any injuries or pain, your goals, and your lifestyle. Then we go through a guided movement screen to see how your body moves before we load anything.
Maggione Fit is located at 9705 Burnet Road, Unit 417, Austin, TX 78758, in North Austin. Easily accessible from Allandale, Crestview, Wooten, Gracywoods, and the Domain area.
